An extra feature of this game which is brilliant is that every city is a world of its own, which needs to be built up. So you have to invent scientifical breakthroughs too. The units you can build will become more advanced the more advanced your society is. Units of war, diplomacy, trade, construction etc. You have to feed your people and you can build units. It's very critical where you place your cities because every peace of land has it's own advantages and disadvantages. Build cities and extract food and building materials from the surrounding land. There is so much in it! You'll start at the stoneage with one unit and you’ll advance through time. This must be one of the best games ever made! Why? First of all the immense size of this game.
